BlackBerry is is an Android devotee, every new Blackberry phone will feature Android going forward and we have to get used to that. After the BlackBerry Priv from last year, the company is now set to launch its second Android phone, the BlackBerry Neon.
Unlike the Priv, the Neon seems distinctly mid-range however Blackberry insist it is Ultra-affordable. Whilst some are stating it looks incredibly generic for Blackberry, it looks to be a solid package. Blackberry have been taking risk after risk in their last few devices and received mix criticism, perhaps it is time the settled down and released something they know will sell.
The Neon packs a 5.2-inch 1080p display with Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor and 3GB of RAM. There will also be 16GB storage, 13 megapixel rear camera, 8 megapixel front camera, and a 2610 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0.
